How I got started on this path
My journey into the Agile world began with a passion for fostering collaboration and enhancing team performance. With a background in managing complex certification programs and a knack for streamlining processes, I found my stride as a Scrum Master at various non-profit and public organizations supporting Fortune 500 companies. These experiences honed my skills in conflict resolution, project management, team leadership, strategic planning, and ultimately laid a solid foundation for my Agile career.
From orchestrating Program Increment Planning sessions and creating advanced Jira dashboards to pioneering coaching clinics and leveraging cutting-edge tools like ChatGPT, I’ve empowered teams across the globe to achieve their best. I am dedicated to helping organizations elevate their Agile practices, driving innovation, and achieving sustainable success.
